The utilization of the drone is of great use in the field inspections carried out by SBB, by allowing the verification of dam regions with difficult access, the inspection of a stepped slope, as well in the slopes in mountainous regions. Another great advantage of using the drone is the possibility of obtaining photos at 120 m height, which allow an overview of the general arrangement of the various structures of a hydroelectric plant.
